The Communiqués to be Repealed as of 23 December 2017

According to Communiqué No: 30277 dated December 21, 2017, published by the Ministry of Customs and Commerce, some of the Communiqués applicable to Turkey will be repealed as of 23 December 2017.

The Communiqués to be repealed as of 23 December 2017;

• "Communiqué on Market Surveillance and Inspection of Hazardous Chemical Substances of Certain Consumer Products" published in the Official Gazette dated 14 January 2015 and numbered 29236,
• "Communique on Production, Imports, Market Surveillance and Auditing and Notifications of Air Aromatizer Products" published in the Official Gazette dated 31 October 2013 and numbered 28807,
• "Communiqué on Principles of Production, Import, Market Surveillance and Supervision and Notification of Auxiliary Chemical Materials Used in Pool Water" published in the Official Gazette dated 31 October 2013 and numbered 28807,
• "Communiqué on Principles of Production, Import, Market Surveillance and Control of Notification of Bumper, Hygienic Pad, Breast Pedi, Children's Blood and Similar Products" published in the Official Gazette dated 31 October 2013 and numbered 28807.
