Within the framework of the EU harmonization laws, the adaptation of CLP Regulation to the Turkish industry was published by the Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning with the name of "Regulation on the Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures" on 11 December 2013. Turkey CLP Regulation No. 28848 has been prepared based on the European Union CLP Regulation No. 1272/2008.
