Attention to the Relevant Parties
It has been decided not to approve the use of the substances listed in the annex of the European Commission Implementing Decision dated 2/8/2021 and numbered 2021/1283/EU, which was published in the Official Journal of the European Union dated 3/8/2021, issue L279, and came into force on 23/8/2021, as active substances in biocidal products for the product types specified in the list presented in Annex 1.
