2025 Biocidal Products Registration Fee Guidance of Turkey Has Been Published

The 2025 Price Tariffs and Analysis Information Guideline has been published by the Turkish Ministry of Health, General Directorate of Public Health (HSGM), including all associated fees.

The guideline includes the fees to be charged by HSGM in 2025 for the authorisation of biocidal products. The updated biocidal fees are as follows:

The table shows that the fee for completeness check procedures is ₺11,750 for the main product and ₺3,673 for the frame product. The fee for license dossier evaluation is ₺57,764 for the main product and ₺29,321 for the frame product. These fees must be paid for each product separately during the license submission process, and the payment receipt must be included in the license submission dossier.

According to the table, the fee for a biocidal product license is ₺10,984 for the main product and ₺29,321 for the frame product. These fees must be paid per product after the license dossier is approved to issue the license.
