KKDIK Regulation Amendment Has Been Published

The regulation titled "Regulation Amending the Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals," related to changes in the KKDIK (Turkey REACH) Regulation, has been published in the Official Gazette with number 32408 on 23/12/2023.

As you may know, in November 2023, the Ministry published a draft regulation titled "Draft Regulation Amending the Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals." With this draft, registration deadlines were extended, and it was indicated that the final registration deadline and details of the joint registration process would be determined within the framework of Procedures and Principles to be published by the Ministry.

With the regulation published on December 23, 2023, titled "Regulation Amending the Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals," the updates to the KKDIK Regulation have become official, and there should no longer be any question marks in the minds of relevant individuals.
