About the Published Draft Amendment
In our country, the procedures and processes related to biocidal products are carried out according to the Biocidal Products Regulation, which was published in the Official Gazette dated 31/12/2009 and numbered 27449 (4th Repeated).
A draft of the "Regulation Amending the Biocidal Products Regulation" has been prepared with the aim of aligning the Biocidal Products Regulation and its implementation with EU legislation and practices, and to facilitate operations and reduce confusion caused by preliminary applications, sample collection, and authorised laboratory processes and concepts that do not provide practical benefits in practice.
