HSGM's Guide on 2024 Biocidal Price Tariffs and Analysis Information Released

Regarding the licensing process for biocidal products, the current price tariff, including all fees requested by the Republic of Turkıye Ministry of Health, General Directorate of Public Health (HSGM) in 2024, has been published. The new and updated prices are included in the "2024 Biocidal Price Tariffs and Analysis Information Guide" also published by HSGM.

The 2024 Biocidal Price Tariffs and Analysis Information Guide details the fees that will be requested by HSGM in the licensing process of biocidal products. According to the guide, the new price tariff set by the Ministry of Health is as follows:

2024 fees for biocidal products in Turkey, are as in the picture.
According to this table, the main product fee for completeness control studies is 8164 TL, and the frame product fee is 2552 TL; for license file evaluation, the main product fee is 40134 TL, and the frame product fee is 20372 TL; for biocidal product license, the main product fee is 76332 TL, and the frame product fee is 20372 TL.

The fees for completeness control studies and license file evaluation are to be paid upon license application and should be paid separately for each product type. After payment, the relevant receipt must be included in the license application file.

Biocidal product license fees, on the other hand, are the fees paid after the approval of the license file to issue the license and must be paid per product.
