Zeynep Ergul completed her undergraduate education in the Chemistry Department of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Marmara University between 2016 and 2021. Throughout her educational journey, she participated in numerous seminars and training sessions to prepare herself for the professional field. She holds certificates in Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and ISO 22716:2007. She enhances her knowledge in the field of chemistry through various seminars and events and has a good command of English.

She took her first step in her professional career in 2021 at CHEMLEG Consulting Company. She successfully obtained certification by passing the "Chemical Assessment Specialist Exam" conducted within the framework of the "Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)" regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 23/06/2017 and numbered 30105 by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization of the Republic of Turkey. As of 2022, she continues her professional career as a Chemical Assessment Specialist.

In her role as a chemical regulatory specialist at CHEMLEG Consultancy Company, she spent three years preparing Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in various languages and complying with regulations. She possesses important information about the ADR Regulation (Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road). She is involved in preparing Safety Data Sheets in compliance with current Turkish legislation, certification, and reporting services, as well as in preparing labels compatible with safety data sheets and regulations. She also contributes to the preparation of SDS/GBF/MSDS in accordance with the legislation of the United States, Canada, China, and Turkey. She provides services in preparing Extended Safety Data Sheets based on exposure scenarios. Furthermore, she represents CHEMLEG at fairs and seminars in the chemical sector.

Additionally, she provides support in the introduction, procurement, and regulatory consultancy of the Epy Plus Safety Data Sheet preparation software, which originates from Italy. During her free time, she reviews regulations related to Turkey, Europe, and other countries, aiming to further develop herself in this field.
