Sueda Benian graduated from the Department of Chemistry at Kocaeli University. During her education, she completed internships at Research and Development and Microbiological Laboratories of advanced pharmaceutical companies holding FDA certification. After completing her undergraduate education, she participated in a language education course abroad, earning an advanced English language proficiency certificate. She also holds a Class C Occupational Health and Safety Certificate.

Following her undergraduate studies, she successfully completed her thesis-based master's degree in the field of synthesis at Marmara University's Organic Chemistry department. During her master's studies, she conducted syntheses of coumarins used in food, cosmetics, fluorescent and laser dyes, as well as phthalocyanines used in photodynamic cancer therapy. In addition to her own thesis work, she contributed to a TÜBİTAK project, providing support to the research efforts. The original phthalocyanine substance she synthesized in her master's thesis was accepted for publication in a successful academic journal.

After graduation, she worked as an Application Chemist in an international company providing marketing, sales, installation, training, technical support, service, and repair services for high-performance analytical chemistry laboratory and process analysis systems under her own brands. During her tenure, she received training on various devices belonging to the analytical chemistry and titration group abroad, providing support to companies domestically in installation, training, calibration/qualification, application, and analysis applications, as well as assisting sales consultants in technical matters. She also represented her company at relevant technical fairs.

Later in her career, she continued as a Chemical Legislation and Assessment Specialist at Chemleg Consultancy Ltd. She successfully completed Chemical Assessment Specialist training in 2023, earning the title of Chemical Assessment Specialist. She is involved in the process management of all relevant pre-registration and registration projects for overseas companies with exclusive representation and domestic companies receiving service, in accordance with the Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH). She provides communication with companies and supports Chemleg Consultancy in its interactions.
