Sibel Yılmaz graduated from the English Chemistry department of Marmara University in 2021. Throughout her academic life, she took on roles in the department club and volunteered for various social responsibility projects. She holds GLP and GMP certificates and completed her internship at a company producing leather and textile chemicals.

She took her first step in her career at CHEMLEG Consultancy Company. She completed the Chemical Assessment Specialist training within the scope of the Turkish Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (KKDIK/Turkey REACH) and has the Chemical Assessment Specialist Certificate. In addition to the Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals applicable in Turkey, she prepares Safety Data Sheets (SDS) compliant with regulations in effect in European countries and countries such as the United States, China, Canada, in thirty-four languages. She also provides chemical regulatory consultancy to many domestic and foreign companies.

Sibel Yılmaz is highly experienced in preparing Safety Data Sheets for various product groups such as biocides, detergents, and aerosols. She is also experienced in preparing Extended Safety Data Sheets (e-SDS) using exposure scenarios and actively participates in the preparation of these forms.

In addition, within Chemleg Consultancy, she advertises the Safety Data Sheet Preparation software (EpyPlus) based in Italy. She is also involved in providing training related to this software. Sibel Yılmaz is proficient in English and aims to advance her career in the Chemical Regulatory sector by keeping up with developments in the chemistry industry.
