Ömer Faruk Kurtuluş graduated from the Chemistry Department of İzmir Institute of Technology with a second-ranked degree. Specializing in chemical regulations and regulatory compliance, Ömer has gained over 3.5 years of experience in various fields, including technical assessments, toxicological risk evaluations, technical translation and documentation processes, in silico methods (QSAR), preparation of chemical safety reports, and team management under the scope of KKDİK (Turkish REACH).

Ömer continuously improves his knowledge of KKDİK and SEA regulations, as well as REACH and CLP legislation, further enhancing his expertise in these areas. He focuses on integrating digital solutions into regulatory processes by working on computer-based computational methods and in silico prediction models for chemicals. Additionally, he conducts studies analyzing the environmental and human health impacts of chemicals and develops innovative approaches in this field.

With a strong interest in chemical interactions, Ömer is particularly fascinated by intermolecular interactions, binding energies, molecular modeling, and quantum chemical calculations.
