Idil Yıldız completed her preparatory education at Gazi University School of Foreign Languages between 2016 and 2017. She graduated from the Department of English Chemical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture at Gazi University in 2021, where she started her undergraduate studies. As part of her undergraduate education, she completed her laboratory internship in the paint sector and her business internship at a company involved in the production of industrial cleaning products.

Following the successful completion of her undergraduate education, she took her first step into her professional career in 2022 at CHEMLEG Consultancy Company. Within CHEMLEG Consultancy Company, she has been involved in preparing Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in multiple languages and in compliance with regulations in Turkey, the United States, Canada, and China. She has also participated in certification and reporting services. In addition, she provided support in the areas of introducing the EPYPlus software for preparing Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and consultancy in regulatory compliance, particularly for the Italian-originated Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

After completing the Chemical Assessment Specialist training in 2023, Idil Yıldız began working as a Chemical Assessment Specialist in tracking all processes required during the preregistration or registration of chemical substances under the Turkish Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (KKDIK). She manages communication with the companies that Chemleg Consultancy provides only representative and consultancy services. Additionally, she follows MBDF/SIEF communications and supports improvement and testing activities in CHEMLEG Consultancy Company's internal software. She is proficient in English and has a beginner level of proficiency in German.
