Havva Bircan completed her high school education at Ülkün Yalçın Anatolian High School, and after that, she pursued her undergraduate degree in English Translation and Interpretation at Ege University. During the final year of her high school education, she engaged in subtitle translation. Throughout her undergraduate studies, she provided patent translation services, taking her first steps into the industry. In addition to advanced English proficiency, she also has intermediate-level knowledge of German. Furthermore, she received basic training in Italian and Greek languages.

After graduating, she started working as a translator at Chemleg Consultancy. Following an eight-month period of supporting the translation of KKDIK (Turkey REACH) files, she took on the role of KKDIK technical translation team leader for a year. While leading the team, she also participated in efforts to facilitate the pre-translation editing process and continued to engage in pre-translation editing and planning in this field for a while.

In the subsequent period, she played a role in data collection and analysis during the development of a comprehensive project within the Chemleg Software team. She later became involved in software development planning and enhanced her expertise in software testing. After the completion of the project, she continued to be involved in the management of the operational process within the Chemleg Software team, a role she continues to hold.

Looking ahead in her career, Havva Bircan aims to specialize in the field of data analysis in the coming years. As an individual committed to continuous learning and openness to change, she also aims to improve her skills in programming languages. In this context, she follows technological developments and innovations with great enthusiasm.
