Gokcem Guler graduated from the Department of Chemistry at Ege University in 2021. During her academic years, she conducted laboratory studies on Green Chemistry applications in Knoevenagel reactions and Michael additions in the field of Organic Chemistry. She also participated in research on Cell Culture and the synthesis of Nanotechnological drugs at the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences at Ege University. 

From 2018 to 2020, Gokcem gained experience in the sales sector, contributing to organizational and planning activities. Between 2020 and 2022, she worked on English-Turkish technical translations related to chemistry, and she is proficient in English. And currently, she is learning Russian.

Gokcem successfully completed Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO 17025 training. In 2021, she started her professional career at Chemleg Consultancy, focusing on technical translations. Subsequently, she completed Chemical Assessment Expertise (KDU) training under the Turkey REACH (KKDIK) Regulation. She specialized in evaluating and organizing Chemical Registration dossiers, entering data into the Chemical Registration System.

Between 2021 and 2022, Gokcem worked as a Team Leader, ensuring terminological accuracy, compliance with regulations, and efficient organization of processes in the technical translation of chemicals to be registered. She provided technical support and played a key role in managing the processes.

From 2022 to 2023, as a Chemical Regulatory Consultant, Gokcem provided support to firms that utilized Chemleg's services, which included tracking chemicals for registration, service provider services and only representative services, and managed data sharing processes through the KKDIKPro tool.

Within the Chemleg software team, she initially supported tests and analyses for internal software and later provided expertise in the development of a comprehensive project. She played a role in planning and designing the process, focusing on data compilation, analysis, and testing. Gokcem contributed to the smooth and efficient progress of operational procedures through operational management design.
