Gizem Demir studied Chemical Engineering at Izmir Institute of Technology between 2017 and 2022. She has an advanced level of English proficiency and basic knowledge of German and Japanese. Throughout her university life, she supported her expertise in composite production processes through both the courses she took and her undergraduate thesis. Additionally, through elective courses, she continued to develop her knowledge of sustainable energy sources and gained insights into the recycling process of papers during an internship at a paper production company's recycling division.

Another focus of Gizem Demir has been on quality management systems, and she has attended courses related to this field. Driven by her interest in coding, in 2022, she started studying Computer Programming through distance learning, aiming to broaden her skills in a different field. She is ready for continuous learning, development, and productivity within the framework of her education and responsibilities. She is known for her ability to learn and think quickly, and is adaptable to both individual and teamwork. Outside of her education and professional life, her hobbies include writing, drawing, and knitting, which contribute to her personal development in areas such as handicrafts, thought processes, and stress management.

Immediately after graduating, she joined the KKDIK Technical team at Chemleg Consultancy Company. Following her contribution to technical translation, she received training within the company, obtained the title of Chemical Assessment Specialist, and continued her duties with the registration of chemicals. She is currently still in this position.
