Gizem Arslan successfully completed her vocational training in the Information Technologies and Web Design department at Maltepe Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, earning the CISCO CCNA certification. Afterward, she shifted to a different field and graduated with honors from the English Translation and Interpretation department at Abant Izzet Baysal University. During her student years, she enhanced her skills by working as an interpreter at various conferences held within the university, gaining knowledge and experience in the field of translation and interpretation. Additionally, she researched "Comparative Feminism in Europe and Turkey," and her thesis focused on this subject.

Following graduation, Gizem entered the education sector and gained diverse work experience in various schools. In 2021, at Chemleg Consultancy, she effectively utilized the Computer-Aided Translation tool Memoq in the technical department of KKDIK. She performed technical translations, editing, and simultaneous registration of various substances in the Chemical Registration System from English to Turkish, complemented by the Chemical Registration Training she received. While holding a part-time Team Leader position for a period, Gizem continued her translation work and stood out within her team. She transitioned to the software department with a focus on product development under the umbrella of Chemleg Consultancy, where she actively continues her career.

Fluent in advanced English and possessing intermediate-level French proficiency, Gizem pursued further development by obtaining a Legal Translation Training certificate while continuing her professional life. As a second university endeavor, she is actively pursuing her education in the International Trade and Logistics undergraduate program at Eskişehir Anadolu University. Driven by a desire for continuous productivity and growth, Gizem aims to further her career by developing skills in multiple areas, not confined to a single field.
