Esra Demirhan graduated from Marmara University, Department of Chemical Engineering in 2012. She gained experience by participating in various laboratory studies during her university education and had the opportunity to improve her knowledge and experience by interning at companies in the fields of medicine and chemicals in 2010-2011. She has successfully obtained a master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, along with a Class C Occupational Health and Safety Certificate in the same field. She has been in the industry for more than 10 years and works as a Chemical Legislation Consultant.

Within the scope of the Biocidal Products Regulation, the Biocidal Products Treated Goods Legislation, the Detergent Regulation and also the Non-Medical Veterinary Products Regulation; she provides guidance to domestic and foreign customers on relevant legislation and supports customers in preparing all necessary documents in accordance with current regulations and submitting them to the authorities. With her profound knowledge of the licensing procedures of biocidal products, she provides consultancy to a wide range of local and foreign companies, assisting them with their regulatory compliance under the Turkish Biocidal Products Legislation. She is capable of speaking English at an advanced and fluent level.
