Dilek Kahraman graduated from the Child Development department in 2014. After graduation, she gained experience as a preschool teacher for over two years in a kindergarten. During this period, she volunteered for projects involving special education and hearing-impaired individuals. She is currently continuing her education at Istanbul University in the Department of Social Services.
Having made a career change, she transitioned to the real estate appraisal and consulting sector. In the appraisal sector, she worked as an operations manager for five years, representing various private and state banks in different companies. Her responsibilities included process management, report auditing, and report delivery.
In 2021, she started working at Chemleg Consultancy, where she is responsible for office management and administrative tasks in various fields. Her duties include managing documents to be delivered both internally and externally, procuring weekly and monthly needs according to the company's requirements, individual-based purchasing and installation processes for e-signatures, preparing visual content for social media in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, overseeing the entire organization process of the Chemical Assessment Specialist training, tracking the annual leave and inventory allocations of company employees, controlling and monitoring office assets, presenting documents from companies in the Biocidal department to relevant individuals, and managing the preparation and delivery process of documents for products submitted to the ministry. She continues to work under the title of Office Management and Administrative Affairs.
