In the first paragraph of Article 11 of the Biocidal Products Regulation, “…. The Ministry may request the content of the file physically and/or electronically.

In accordance with this provision, the Ministry requests the dossier content of the product be prepared under the current published document "Biocidal Product License Application Checklist". The authority also requests that this dossier be sent both digitally (CD, USB, etc.) and physically.
