According to the Official Journal of the European Union, 24.10.2022 dated L274/76 numbered and 21.10.2022 dated 2022/2005/EU numbered European Commission Implementing Decision; 03.03.2023 dated L67/51 numbered and 01.03.2023 dated 2023/458/EU numbered European Commission Implementing Decision; 06.03.2023 dated L68/177 numbered and 02.03.2023 dated 2023/470/EU numbered European Commission Implementing Decision, it has been decided not to approve the use of certain substances as biocidal active substances in the specified product types.

In accordance with the Authority's Consent dated 14/04/2023 and numbered E-19020089-020-21590176; the biocidal products licensed in Turkey are allowed until 16/10/2023 to keep them on the market and until 16/04/2024 for their usage.

Licensed products must be returned to the Ministry by 16/10/2023. Moreover, as of 16/10/2023, the production and import of these products must be ceased.
