About the Published Guide

The ÜTS Biocidal Module was put into service on 09.12.2021, and license applications for biocidal products under Product Type-1 and 19 are received through ÜTS. The work on the "Free Sale Certificate Module" and the "Licensed Biocidal Product Update Application Module" for biocidal products has been completed on ÜTS.

Accordingly, from now on, the applications listed below must be made through ÜTS. Applications made through ESY will not be evaluated:

Paid Update Applications

• Document Renewal Application
  
  - User Group Change
  - Nominal Quantity Change
  - Completion of Long-Term Stability Test Studies
  
  

• Company Title Change Application
• Name Change Application
• Production Site Change/Addition of Production Site/Addition of Filling Site Application
• Evaluation Application for Addition of Harmful Substances
  
  

Free Update Applications

1. Change of Active Substance Manufacturer/Supplier
2. Change in Packaging Material Information
3. Change of Responsible Manufacturing Manager
4. Submission of Interim Stability Reports
